2023 California PD & TD weekly rates
Statutory weekly-rate caps for a California workers’-compensation injury with a 2023 date of injury. The weekly benefit is ⅔ of average weekly earnings, clamped to these figures (Lab. Code §4453). TD paid two or more years after the injury uses the limits in effect on the payment date instead (§4661.5).
PD weeks by rating (§4658(e))
How many weeks of PD benefits each 1% of permanent disability earns, for 2023 injuries. This bracket schedule has applied unchanged to every California injury since 2005.
